This is my v. cool friend who just had debt collectors seize every dollar in her bank account, including the last two week’s pay after taking a nice 50$ for themselves. Down to the penny.

Medical debt from one hospitalization has left her vulnerable to these sharks and she’s kicking ass every day to keep her head above water. There are lots of good things to donate to but literally any dollar here would help, and since we’re putting it into a pre-paid debit card, it’ll be about the only thing she can hold on to.

I’ve never made a post like this before. But I’ve seen the tumblr community do amazing things, and I’m hoping you can help.

My friend, Georgina, had a 30-year-old sister named Penelope who was killed on May 9th as a result of domestic violence. Penelope had three beautiful girls, all under the age of 8, who are now left without a mother and with a father on the run.

The plan is for the girls to be placed in the custody of their grandparents, but the family is in desperate need of funds to make this happen. Friends are coordinating a fundraiser to cover the funeral expenses and moving/ongoing transportation costs. The goal is $20,000, and if anything is raised beyond that, it will go toward the substantial expense of rearing three young girls.

Any amount you are able to contribute would be a big help to these little girls and this woman’s stunned, grieving family.

Orlando through the ages - the character from Virginia Woolf’s Orlando, based on the stage adaptation by Sarah Ruhl for my costume design class. He starts as a man in the Elizabethan era and ends up as a woman in the 1920s. It’s not my favorite work of literature, but at least it’s an excuse to draw a lot of different costumes from a lot of different eras.

fun dlc, but so short ;_; then again, i went high chaos because i was too impatient to skulk about and i kept forgetting how the controls for this game went
